The Seacoast is located at 5161 Collins Av, Miami Beach Fl. 33140
With direct ocean access, and prime location at only 5 mins away from South Beach, the Seacoast is a perfect combination for relax and enjoy the South beach experience.
Please note that the pool area is currently under renovation and you will not have access to it during the renovation period.
However, access to the beach and all other facilities will not be affected, and you will be able to enjoy them without any inconvenience.
Check-in is at the Front desk, This is how you must proceed:
I will register your name at the front desk, if you have another guest checking-in before you, send me a message as soon as possible and I will inform the front desk. This a secure building and only register guest can access the facility
Check-in time is at 4 pm or later.
Check-out time is at 11 am (mandatory, no exceptions)
Do not leave garbage on the unit to avoid extra charges for cleaning
Upon arrival, please report to the front desk. At that time, you will be required to provide the names of all members of your party, including any individuals who may be arriving later, as this list cannot be modified afterwards. Any members of your group who arrive later must present a valid ID in order to enter the building.
The front desk staff will request information about your vehicle. Please note that the parking fee has already been covered. They will provide the valet parking team with the decal, which the valet staff will install on your vehicle. At this moment, you may request the assistance of the valet staff to bring your luggage up to the apartment.
You must accompany them upstairs to collect the FOB key, which will have been left for you on the dining table. Once you have retrieved the FOB, please bring it back down in order to park your vehicle yourself. This step is essential, as attempting to park without the FOB key may result in being locked inside the garage without access to the building.
Once you have the vehicle and the FOB key, you may park in the designated parking space assigned to this apartment.

It is highly recommended that the valet staff assist you with your luggage, as suitcases are not permitted through the main lobby and must be transported via the service elevator. The valet staff will gladly assist you with this for a customary gratuity of approximately $5.
We offer free early check-in and free late checkout if the room has no other client, you can request it one or two days in advance.

This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. A $300 fee will be charged to your credit or debit card, and the incident will be reported to Airbnb if smoking is detected inside the unit.
Please do not leave excess garbage in the unit to avoid additional cleaning fees. A trash chute is conveniently located next to the elevators.
Quiet hours are from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. We kindly ask for your cooperation to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Located right at the Beach, The Seacoast offers an amazing tropical pool area, with sun lounge chairs and umbrellas. (Currently under renovation the pool area)
A tiki bar is also located at the pool area for a quick snack during your beach time
The Seacoast provides complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. Simply mention your name and apartment number to the staff at the beach.
Our gym is located at the lobby, you might use your FOB key to access to the gym.
Enhance your cardio with our treadmills, increase your heart rate with our ellipticals, and build your muscles with our weights.
-The apartment has a smart TVs, you can enjoy your favorite shows streaming from Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu and others, remember to sign out from your apps at checkout.
--This is a BNB rental, so we do not provide replenishments for bathroom items, linens, or kitchenette supplies. If you're staying for more than 3–4 days, we recommend stocking up on essentials in advance.
-Like most vacation rentals, we do not provide breakfast. However, you'll find a coffee maker and complimentary coffee cups available for your first morning brew. We also have a toaster and pots and pans available for the kitchenette
-The unit will be prepared with fresh linens and towels for your stay. Please note that these items will not be replaced during your visit, so we kindly ask that you reuse them. If you’d like additional cleaning, we offer a paid maid service—just let us know at least one day in advance to schedule it.
-There is a laundry room on each floor, located next to the elevators. The machines operate with a laundry card, which I will leave for you in the apartment. If you need to add funds to the card, you can do so at the recharge station located in the lobby. The front desk or valet parking staff can also assist you with reloading the card if needed. Please leave the card back at checkout, replacement will cost you $50
--A final cleaning fee has already been included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you place all trash in the chute located by the elevators and leave all used towels and linens inside the unit. We’ll take care of the rest.

Just remember that we won't be able to pick up your package if you miss it, you need to pick it up during your stay.

-Throw trash away, Trash Shute is in the same room as the laundry, by the elevators
-Lock up, Make sure the door locks behind you
-TVs, remember to sign out from all your apps
-Additional requests, Do not leave food unattended in the kitchen
