All of our locations offer complimentary Wi-Fi. I’ll send you the password along with the check-in instructions before your arrival.
None of our locations require a security deposit, except for The Alexander and Deerfield Beach, where a $300 security deposit is collected at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out, as long as there are no damages or incidentals.
Please note that there is no free parking available at any of our locations. However, valet parking is offered at all properties, with rates ranging from $30 to $40 per day. I’ll provide more detailed parking information in the check-in instructions before your arrival.
Some of our TVs are Smart TVs, allowing you to enjoy your favorite streaming apps like Netflix or Disney+. Some of the TVs in our properties offer only DirecTV channels, while others include both DirecTV and access to popular streaming apps like Netflix and Disney+.
Availability may vary depending on the building
Our apartments feature full kitchens, while our studios are equipped with fully functional kitchenettes. Whether you're staying in a studio or an apartment, you’ll have a private and well-equipped space to prepare meals, including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and silverware
Some of our units feature induction cooktops, which require a pot or pan to be placed on the surface in order to activate and heat properly.
Like most vacation rentals, we do not provide breakfast. However, you'll find a coffee maker and complimentary coffee cups available for your first morning brew. We also have a toaster and pots and pans available for the kitchenette
This is a BNB rental, so we do not provide replenishments for bathroom items, linens, or kitchenette supplies. If you're staying for more than 3–4 days, we recommend stocking up on essentials in advance
The unit will be prepared with fresh linens and towels for your stay. Please note that these items will not be replaced during your visit, so we kindly ask that you reuse them. If you’d like additional cleaning, we offer a paid maid service—just let us know at least one day in advance to schedule it.
Extra linens for the pull-out bed or futon are stored in the closet next to the safe.
While beach service isn’t included, we’ve provided a pair of beach chairs and an umbrella for you to enjoy during your stay at the beach. Just please remember to bring them back with you after your visit to the beach.
You’re welcome to use the chairs and umbrellas at the pool area free of charge—they're available on a first-come, first-served basis for all guests.
All pools are open daily from sunrise to sunset every day.
There is a safe in the room for your convenience. If you forget the code, just give me a call and I’ll assist you using the master code.
Both The Alexander and The Casablanca offer on-site laundry rooms available for guest use. The machines operate with coins and are accessible at any time, making it easy to take care of your laundry during your stay.
There is no laundromat on-site at the Congress, but the nearest one is located at 226 12th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139. It's open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
A final cleaning fee has already been included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you place all trash in the chute located at the end of the corridor or near the elevator and leave all used towels and linens inside the unit. We’ll take care of the rest.
All of our locations accept package deliveries for guest pickup at the front desk. Please note that The Casablanca charges a $5 fee per package received, all others are free.
You will need to pick up your packages in person, as we are unable to collect or forward them by mail
Please note that the minimum age to check in is 21 years old. A valid photo ID will be required at check-in. Minors are welcome to stay as long as they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who meets the age requirement.
